Averi stared at the plaque on her door that said her name for several minutes. She was amazed that the Covington Modeling Agency was finally open. Ever since she was a little girl, she had been fascinated with modeling, even though her parents said that it would get you nowhere in life. Since her parents didn't approve of her dreams, she moved out at age eighteen, and right after her high school graduation, she began modeling. Even though she didn't have anyone there to support her along the way, except for her best friend, Anna, Averi still managed to achieve her dreams and conquer her goals. After only a few months in the modeling industry, she signed with an agency, and immediately after, she began getting booked by countless designers and photographers. Now, at the age of only twenty-four, she is more wealthy than her father is who is twice her age. Now, the next thing on Averi's list is to start a modeling agency, which after more than a year of planning, is finally going to open. Hopefully it will be a success - if not, she would have invested all that money for nothing. But, she knew that things would work themselves out.
Averi snapped out of her daydream, and finally took the first steps into her office. It was amazing, and just like she had pictured it. There was the black wooden furniture, just like she had requested. And the rug was perfect, just like the one in her living room except on a smaller scale. Averi had definitely made a good decision in hiring the personal assistant she did; Colin was amazing. He seemed to take care of her every need, and Averi had lots of needs. And, he never even complained, and so far he hadn't messed up on anything. She made herself a note to take him out to dinner one night the next week. Averi walked over to her desk, where ever so carefully, she sat down onto the black leather seat. Not only was it beautiful, but it also was very comfortable. She looked out the window, and had a great view from the third floor of the agency building. Thankfully her office was located near the elevator, because she might be needing to transfer floors often. Averi spun halfway around in her chair, and then scooted over to the computer. Thank goodness this chair had wheels. She logged in to her account, and then went on to answering the daily emails she gets from different people asking questions about the opening of the agency. She began responding to them in silence, hoping that someone might stop by.
[OPEN to ANYONE]

i used to rule the world feel the fear in my enemies' eyes The day had been full of buzz and bodies rushing frantically across the streets of Manhattan. The pace was no problem for anyone in particular besides the tourists and many of the slow sped others. It was probably one of the busier days for Jesse who had already been texting and calling his clients and colleagues on the phone to stay updated and give out a few requests on the way. He had only begun his career when he was twenty, giving up on college during his sophomore year, only to follow the path of a world-renowned photographer. It wasn’t possible for him to make it big overnight or even in two years like himself. Many of the famous idols that he had looked up to didn’t just get their shot in one week or even in a few hours; they had worked for many years before getting a big break. To photograph an object or a person was more complicated than taking a pleasant looking picture. It depended on the client that was posing, lighting, crew, frames, and much more. Jesse had not forgotten how much photography had to offer let alone learn especially in the fashion industry. It was his goal to improve his skill before anything else. At the age of twenty three it was not a good idea to get ahead of what you can actually do.
Jesse had almost lost himself in his train of thought. He entered the headquarters of the modeling agency with his Blackberry in one hand. He took a breath as he took a place in the elevator. Jesse had to admit that it was calm. There wasn’t any of that irritable music plus there weren’t countless people also standing in the elevator with him. His eyes wandered from the reflecting silver ceiling and then to the floor. Jesse had exited the compartment swiftly then slowing his pace down when he had getting closer to the boss. It was not a good idea to rush things with important people. He had a few things to do after talking with Averi or Ms. Shae. A few times a week he would try to get some sort of discussion with her to keep posted and if there was something that he needed to do. Of course, he had understood that it was better if he was just called instead of coming around whenever. Jesse stopped in front of her door and gave it a knock. “Ms. Shae,” The photographer said. He use the bathroomred inside to find that she was in fact not with anyone else. “I hope its fine for me to come in.” Jesse came into the room, shoving his phone in his back pocket.
